Does anyone know of a good work out at home dvd for pregnancy? I need to keep my weight down so i need something more then the stretching yoga type videos. If you could give me the name of the trainer and dvd that would be awesome than you!

I have never worked out during pregnancy so I hope some of the other ladies on the board can help answer your questions. I'm sorry I'm not very helpful.

I used A pregnancy DVD set by Moms into Fitness with Lindsay Brin...it hss a different workout for each trimester, focusing on exercises to help during pregnancy, delivery and after. And it also includes a 12 week postpartum boot camp customizable workout. I also used a prenatal yoga DVD with Shiva Ray. I really liked it, even though I'd never really done yoga before. I think the yoga in particular helped my hips & back feel better than during my first pregnancy.

Hi, congrats! I have used Prenatal Fitness Fix with Erin O'Brien and also the Moms Into Fitness for 3rd trimester. Mostly, though, I just did the workouts I did previously, modifying or skipping moves as needed. There is a sticky at the top of the main board of workout guidelines for pregnancy. Especially early on, whatever you are already doing is fine to continue.
