Do you have any workouts that you dread? Any exercises that you dread? How do you push yourself through?

I dread squats - and really lifting anything that's heavy. LOL. But then I love it too. I did my circuit workout this morning and now I am planning to do my main workout with dh. I keep putting it off because I'm just not ready to do those squats. LOL. What do I do to push through, talk to you guys!!!! I think having that little accountability helps.

I can be that way with pushups and sit ups too but I've changed my routine so I am doing my pushups in sets of 15 now (in a circuit workout). Now I don't dread them so much.

I dread the treadmill until I get on it. I think I am intimidated by jogging for so long, but I'm uber competitive and a little OCD so I can't not finish it!

Right now I kinda dread pretty much any strength training... I really want to do it, but I have lost so much strength in the last couple months that it is intimidating to think of lifting again.

I don't like strength training so it has a huge dread factor when it is on my rotation for the day. That is why I tend to stick to more circuit training workouts, ie alternating cardio and weight training. I love them and can get in some strength training without the dread. I try to do atleast one full body strength training workout each week but don't always get it in.

Any time I have to do jump squats, or jump knee touches, stuff like that haha. I will do it, but it's very difficult for me!

I don't do any type of jumping exercises. I hate burpees too and refuse to do them. LOL.

I dread planks completely. The only thing that gets me through it is that they only last a minute!

Ooooo, change my mind. DESPISE burpees. I could live happy ever after never doing them again!
