What area of your body do you think you have made the most progress with or seen the most results/changes?

I think you can see the biggest difference probably in my arms and shoulders but where I think I have had the most results is in my legs. My body fat is lower in my legs now, they look stronger, I'm starting to see my calf muscles, and I am stronger now. I can lift a lot more now than I could in the beginning. I was probably lifting two 15 lb dumbbells for squats and now I can lift more than twice as much. That makes me feel good, like I'm accomplishing something.

In through my hips and thighs. I only started measuring them like 2-3 months ago (perfect for this thread lol), and lost 2 inches from my hips and 1.5-2 inches from each thigh. Amazing. And I've gotten several comments that they are looking much smaller.

Well, I can't say I've made any progress in the last 2-3 months... other than having a baby, LOL!

My stomach and hips as far as weight loss goes, and I've built the most muscle in my legs.
