Do you have a perfectionist personality? If so, does that affect how you workout?
I can be a perfectionist and I am a total control freak. Whenever I have managed I tend to do too much work because of my perfectionist personality. I tend to not let other people do things because I want it done exactly a certain way. I'm not a perfectionist in general. There are plenty of things that I am disorganized and lazy about but with certain things I am very much a perfectionist. It does affect how I workout in a way because I am too hard on myself or I will set my goals too high instead of being more reasonable.
