did an hour workout so far....I took some moves fro 30ds and incorporated it into my workout did that squats, abs, push ups and elliptical work! weeee I will probably do another workout later too...I am feeling the need to burn some major calories today...probably cause I pigged out last night (thanks af) LOL

I did a 20 minute circuit workout with dh - chest, shoulders, triceps. It was harder than I thought it would be. Feel good! I am going to try to do another workout later tonight.

47 minutes strength training - abs, bum, thighs, calves...oh my! Not sure if I'll be able to walk tomorrow LOL!

My 3 year old woke me up at 6 am crying in her room. When I went to check on her she said "I am crying because, I need you to read me Sam I Am." ......... she went back to sleep, but I couldn't, so I jogged instead.

This afternoon I mowed the front and back yard. Tonight I plan on doing a few core exercises.

did another hour on the elliptical....burned a total of 1224 calories today LOL
