I think that this is probably or close to the worst muscle soreness I have ever had. I feel like I can barely walk and we have stairs in our house so I have to go up and down them and it kills. Last night when I was sleeping I needed to roll over to get comfortable and I could barely do that. Today is a little better than yesterday but I am still sore. I am not sure what did it to me it was either the squats or the lunges. I am supposed to do legs tomorrow so I really hope they feel better by then. I think they will but man I am sore. I guess that's what I get for taking a week off.

Sorry your legs are so sore. Had it been awhile since you had done a good leg workout? I know for me if it's been a week or so since doing something I will get sore. Sounds like you got in a great workout!!
