Do you go up and back down a lot or stay fairly steady?
I go up and down about 4 lbs throughout the month. Around AF I will gain a few lbs and then I'll lose it just to go up again around the time I ovulate and then back down again. I also think working out makes me retain more water or something because last week when I wasn't working out I dropped 3 lbs and then this week my weight is right back up and I haven't been eating bad or anything.
right now with AF here I am up 5lbs LOL....it'll go back down to 144 in a few days....but usually I stay steady around 144/145 when I weigh in the mornings sometimes it'll go up anywhere from 2-5lbs during the day or in the am depending on what I ate/drank the night before and how late it was
I tend to gain and lose the same 4 lbs over and over again. It is usually all gained on Saturday and Sunday and then I lose it again during the week. It's because I have a problem with binge eating. The past two weeks I haven't binged at all, and I've made a major break through with my weight loss. The fluctuation has only been 1-2 lbs.
