So I just had my lunch...after getting back from grocery shopping....homemade beef stew that was left over from last night..yummy....ready to digest that so I can go get my workout on!!!! Think I may open up the 30ds video and do that today...I am feeling ambitious LOL

Yum. I'm sitting here starving waiting for dh to bring something home. We need to go grocery shopping... We always need to go grocery shopping. LOL. My kids eat a lot and food never lasts long. Do it girl! I've heard really good things about the 30DS.

sounds good.. soups and stews are always better the next day. 30DS is a good workout, I do it from time to time even though I don't like Jillian.

I had leftover homemade cauliflower soup today! Its always better the next day
