I never did my second workout yesterday and my legs are still sore today so I am going to skip legs and do my chest/shoulders/triceps workout instead. I did push ups yesterday so I think I should do something else today. I think I will do bench dips to failure instead. I have never done them to failure so I have no idea how many I can do. I'll let you know how I do later.
