What's your workout plan for the weekend? Are you planning to workout?

I was planning on Sunday being my rest day and I still might but I didn't do my chest/shoulders/triceps workout and I really want to do that. So I will probably workout on Saturday and Sunday or I will do my legs and do back/biceps tomorrow so I can take a rest day on Sunday. I haven't decided. I know that I am not going to do 2 workouts over the weekend. I am going to skip all the circuits.

I have been soo lazy all week that I need to really workout both days but not sure if that will happen!

squats/abs/arms....maybe even take a walk?? dunno the weather is hot and chance of t-storms as well...so who knows??? I have already exceeded my calories burn for the week 3383/2980 so I might keep it light for the weekend?? not sure! we'll see I'll play it by ear!

I plan to run both days as long as the weather's nice, and strength training at least one of those days.

I may hop on the treadmill during Cam's nap on Saturday, not sure about Sunday yet. Possibly taking the dog for a walk one day too. Nothing too strenuous

I work (in-home daycare) all day Saturday and Sunday, but I'm hoping I can wake up early enough to at least do a short workout before the kids get here.

My hard workout is with my fit club Tuesday nights, so I am trying to keep it somewhat light until I adjust to all the exercise again.

I am definitely getting in workouts this weekend! We are getting closer to our honeymoon week and I am trying to squeeze in as much Insanity in the next month as possible! I have to buy a bathing suit, and I plan to get one that is flattering for my size, but I want to have some more confidence before hand!
