What's your workout plan for the weekend? Are you planning to workout?
I was planning on Sunday being my rest day and I still might but I didn't do my chest/shoulders/triceps workout and I really want to do that. So I will probably workout on Saturday and Sunday or I will do my legs and do back/biceps tomorrow so I can take a rest day on Sunday. I haven't decided. I know that I am not going to do 2 workouts over the weekend. I am going to skip all the circuits.

squats/abs/arms....maybe even take a walk?? dunno the weather is hot and chance of t-storms as well...so who knows??? I have already exceeded my calories burn for the week 3383/2980 so I might keep it light for the weekend?? not sure! we'll see I'll play it by ear!
I am definitely getting in workouts this weekend! We are getting closer to our honeymoon week and I am trying to squeeze in as much Insanity in the next month as possible! I have to buy a bathing suit, and I plan to get one that is flattering for my size, but I want to have some more confidence before hand!
