I eat 1430 on a daily basis with no exercise....calories burned varies each day but here is an example of my day today
to eat: 1430
probably not good as I am missing 1000 calories from exercise.....MFP wants me to eat 2464 with exercise...sigh...and that is pretty accurate since I measure food and I have the HRM to measure calories burned...I think this is why the scale does not move I do not eat all my calories back....
MFP sets me for 1320 (lose 1lb a week, 14lbs to go), and then I add an extra 400 for breastfeeding since we are still nursing about 5 times a day-ish. So on a non-exercise day, I get 1720.
On exercise days, I can burn anywhere between 200 to 500 usually. I eat back most of my calories...I try not to eat them all back just to adjust for any inaccuracies in my food recording or calories burned. But that doesn't always work out. About once a week or so I go over...but I rarely go over by more than 100 calories.
I net usually somewhere between 1000 and 1300. I plateaued for a while at this but things are moving again at a steady rate of 1lb a week. I weigh daily but record Thursdays only.

how many are you "allowed" to eat in a day? My Fitness Pal allows me 1200, but I'm still breastfeeding, so I just automatically tack on another 250 (only 250, cuz she's already 1).
how many calories do you burn in a day? Lately, not that many, and it has a big range, I'm very busy with school this week, so that's slowing me down.
how many calories do you "net"? Like -200ish is pretty normal for me, and at that rate, I'm still loosing weight, so it is fine by me.
I use MFP to track my calories as well as workouts.

how many calories do you burn in a day? Anywhere from 200-600 calories depending on the day's workout.
how many calories do you "net"? Depends on my workouts and if I eat back any calories if I am hungry, I can net 900-1200 calories per day.
I haven't used MFP in a couple of months, but I think it gave me a goal of about 1750, and I burned between 300 and 500 calories/day, but rarely ate them back because I just had a hard time eating that much.
I should have read this post before I posted my post about keeping track of calories you burn. Ooops.
I don't keep track of calories, only loosely. I just watch my portions and what I eat and try to keep it around what I think is 400 calories per meal, except dinner which is more. I don't keep track of how many I burn either. But, I have a good idea of how much eating will cause me to gain or lose weight so I just try to eat when I'm hungry and not eat when I'm not hungry.
