I normally exercise at night, and it doesn't keep me from falling asleep. I do think it would be energizing to work out in the morning, but I can't drag myself out of bed earlier...when I'm working, I already have to be up by 4:30.

nothing wakes me up in the morning except time LOL but I still do some workouts in the am....but if I do one at night I do find it help me sleep better just because I am so exhausted after the workout!
I don't exercise at either time so it's hard for me to say. Sometimes I do a morning workout with Angie but I can't say it wakes me up. I am usually awake by then. If I workout in the evening, which I've only done a handful of times, it does tend to keep me awake for a while.
