okay ladies so instead of focusing on the scale this week....lets hear about all of your "non scale victories" it can be anything from loosing inches, your pant fitting better, you chose a healthy snack over a non healthy snack...etc etc...so when and if you have a NSV this week post it here!!!!
mine is this....I just recently bought new undies cause all mine were too big on me...and now my new ones are too big for me! My scale isn't moving but the inches are dropping off! (those squats are paying off!)
At the moment I haven't been too happy with my progress. I am feeling like I'm at a bit of a standstill. I guess one little non-scale victory is that I am starting to see my biceps. I was so excited because the definition is starting to get there were I can see my bicep pop out a little. It's not much but enough to get me excited to do more.
I bought XL size bike shorts. Just 2m ago I'd have needed XXL... well I'm glad I also bought a large pair because the xl ones aren't going to fit long at the rate I'm going. LOL. They're only meant for wearing under a dress, but I love that they're not going to fit long!

I had 2 people in the past week tell me my size 16 pants were way too big. (One girl told me to "burn them" hah)
I went clothes shopping and tried a size 16 pair of shorts and they were big so I just grabbed and bought what I thought was a 14. I went to put them on after washing them to show DH. They seemed small so I thought they'd shrunk and was disappointed when I could get them pulled up but they were super tight and were a couple inches short of buttoning. I noticed when I took them off, they're actually 10s! So they don't fit, but the fact that I'm that close to a 10 is a big NSV.
Thanks to Bokkechick for my siggy.
