How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

Last week's goals completed!

This week:

Work out 4 times (at least once on the elliptical, at least 3 that include strength training, and at least one workout that I did not do last week).

At least 64 oz water every day.

Log food in MFP every day. Decrease extra allowance for breastfeeding to 200 calories.

I am so happy that I accomplished my goals last week!! I really want to stay on a roll and do good this week too.

I'd like to do some work on the elliptical this week so I am going to set a goal to do 2 days on the elliptical (at least 20 minutes). I'm already dreading writing this as a goal. LOL.

And I would like to stay on track with my strength training so I'm going to make a goal to do 6 strength training workouts this week, either circuit or regular workouts.

I am very happy to report that I met my goals last week. I was so happy because I was really tired but somehow found the energy to workout. I found that once I made myself get going my energy really picked up.

Now this week maybe an entirely different story because the queasiness started this morning.

My goals for this week:
1. Work out 3 days. I'm only going for 3 days this week because I'm afraid that my morning sickness might interfered. but if I can somehow manage to get in 4 workouts that will be great but don't want to push it.
2. Eat healthy and try to stay away from the sweets.

I was a couple of km's short on my running

This week's goal:
At least 5 workouts (strength or video)
And 12 km walking/running

I completed my goals last week!

this week lets see...my goals are going to be to burn 4000 calories this week
I want to be able to do 40 pushups by the end of the week in a row (girly) and 10 standard by the end of the week!

I met mine too!!!!

This week:
- Complete week 8 of C25K
- 2 days of strength training
- Not eat chips at all this week (super hard as there is an open bag in the cupboard)

I'm electing to stay at level one for this week, last week I barely got anything done. This week my husband and I are getting back into Insanity full on this week, so my goal is to do our Insanity workout at least 5 days this week!

Ok, I am just starting this so I would be Level 1.

My goal this week is to get on the eliptical 5 times. Strength training 3 times.
Run 1 mile.
Walk/jog 2 miles.

Still on level 2 here. I've been majorly slacking the last week and a half.

My goals for the rest of this week are...
Work out 3 times
Log every day on MFP
Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

I didn't make my goal, as I mentioned I knew I wouldn't.

My goals for this week include making 160lbs because I actually set that as a goal in June 2011 (by the 30th) and I didn't make it, and haven't ever made it, and this week I want to finally do it!
And then to get to the YMCA at least once to work out.

Started this week late because of "vacation" so I'll set small goals.

Walk at least 10 miles.
Keep calories below 1500 at least 5 days.
