How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I am very happy to report that I met my goals last week. I was so happy because I was really tired but somehow found the energy to workout. I found that once I made myself get going my energy really picked up.
Now this week maybe an entirely different story because the queasiness started this morning.
My goals for this week:
1. Work out 3 days. I'm only going for 3 days this week because I'm afraid that my morning sickness might interfered. but if I can somehow manage to get in 4 workouts that will be great but don't want to push it.
2. Eat healthy and try to stay away from the sweets.
I'm electing to stay at level one for this week, last week I barely got anything done. This week my husband and I are getting back into Insanity full on this week, so my goal is to do our Insanity workout at least 5 days this week!
I didn't make my goal, as I mentioned I knew I wouldn't.
My goals for this week include making 160lbs because I actually set that as a goal in June 2011 (by the 30th) and I didn't make it, and haven't ever made it, and this week I want to finally do it!
And then to get to the YMCA at least once to work out.
