Do you like strength training (any type) or cardio better?
Do you think your workout routine needs more strength or more cardio?

I don't really like cardio exercise. But, I'd like to be in better shape so I could run for a while if I wanted to or improve my speed/endurance on the elliptical. I prefer strength training more though and do a lot more of it. I really want to start getting at least a little bit of cardio in my routine each week. Last week I didn't do any cardio. I really want to work on this.

I love cardio and am not that fond of strength workouts. My routine definitely needs more strength training it it. I have been trying to add circuit training so I can get my strength training in that way.

Much prefer cardio, especially in the form of group classes...step aerobics, dance aerobics, Zumba, etc. I don't mind strength training, but I don't love it.

I am mostly doing cardio again, but since I was sick for a while I quit the strength training. I am definately picking up the strength training today though.

I prefer cardio, but I understand the importance of strength so have been really working to get it in.

I love both the same, they each have their good parts for sure and it's hard to do one without the other.

I usually enjoy both, but running is more enjoyable for me. I think I have a pretty good balance of strength training and cardio right now.

I like both equally most days, although there's some days I dread one or the other.

I usually try and do both. But cardio seems to come easier to me. Several of my fitness videos do a strength-training exercise at the end and that helps me get the strength training in that I need
