I find that I eat a lot on the weekends and then cut back during the week. I think it's because the weekends are my days to relax. I have a hard time working out on the weekends sometimes too. We socialize more on the weekends and just tend to not do too much so I find myself wanting to just snack all day long. During the week I am busier and don't think about eating quite as much.

I do eat more on the weekends. I feel that during my work week I can sit there and just eat what I have there but at home we have everything at my fingertips. I do still try to stay within my calorie goal. I just have to actually work out harder if I go over. Which is usually just a 200 calorie burn, so not much.

I typically do which is why I am trying to make sure we have more healthy snacks around the house than ones that could inhibit my progress. One staple for my husband and I are kale chips with fresh grated parmesan cheese!

I've never heard of kale chips and would never think to put parmesan cheese on chips. You're making me hungry. I may have to try these. I don't know if that will be good for me. LOL.

Definitely. I am really good during the week but not as good on the weekends. We will eat out on the weekends and I don't eat as good out as I do when I cook it myself. Plus I'm busier during the week and on the weekends I find myself with more time which leads to more time to eat. I never workout on the weekends unless it is something like hiking or running around with the kids.

Sometimes. But when I was consistently losing weight after #1, I found that having a "cheat day" (or whatever you want to call it) once a week or on the weekends did not hinder my progress. I didn't go completely crazy, but I wouldn't log food or be too concerned with calories. I think that it was good for my mental state (kept me from burning out), and possibly helped keep me from plateauing (is that a word? Lol).

When I go over my calories, it tends to be the weekend...I think its not so much I eat more, but my rest days are on weekends, and we are out and about and more likely to grab a coffee or whatnot.

Sometimes I do, but it's mostly because we are out of the house more or we're attending parties and things like that.

I dunno...normally weekends are just like any other day to me...I still try to track everything I eat and I still workout etc...the only time I really have issues is on holidays and special occasions

Weekends are just like any other day around here. My eating habits usually stay the same.

I eat way more on the weekends sadly! I'm not near as good and we are usually with friends with all kinds of food sitting in front of me.

Oh I love kale chips! I take some kale from the big bunch I buy, tear them from the stalk and cut the kale into smaller almost bite sized pieces, rub a little olive oil on each piece, add garlic powder, onion powder, and shred fresh parmesan cheese (about 1/4 cup) and bake them in the oven anywhere from 8-12 minutes at 275 degrees F. You have to keep checking on them because they can burn super easy, but I am actually making kale chips as our side dish tonight!

Right now my weekends and weekdays are all the same really.
Once dh gets home, weekend eating might be a bit more of a challenge.
