I'm not sure if most remember me, I have been on and off with the site for a while. We don't have a computer at home. For those who don't know me I am Kendra, Wife to Junior, Mom to Samyera, Shylah and Logan.
So a bit of background on me is I weighed 211 at my highest weight. I lost 30lbs but due to lack of motivation I gained back more then half. I am currently back to losing and back down 22lbs. I have 8lbs to lose to get back to 181 where I was at my least weight since having my son. I am sort of mad at myself for gaining back and am finally getting my motivation back. It seemed like when I was on this site I was more able to challenge myself so I can report back, whereas after I left I noticed a steady decline in caring. So I am here to maintain a steady pace and regain motivation and getting my goal set.
I started up 2 weeks ago with a goal to lose 19lbs by August and weigh 175. So far I have lost 5 lbs and have 14 lbs to go, which is AMAZING. I regret that I have weighed almost the same weight for a year. I do however enjoy the fact that my husband has been absolutely amazing in supporting me. Even though I don't want to work out some days (had the stomach flu for about 2 weeks before I set my goals) he was still motivating me to work out.
I want to stick to this and I hope I can join in with you ladies and help keep motivated and start losing some weight.

Hi Kendra. I recognize your screen name. Don't be too hard on yourself. I stayed at the same weight for a long time and then after I had my son it was just easier for me to take it off for some reason. I think it's great that you have a goal for August and I really hope the board helps you stay on track. I know it helps me. If you haven't set any goals for this week you could try setting a little goal for this week to help you stay on track. I really like setting little goals for myself because it helps me stay on track.
