Do you do body weight (only) exercises? What are your faves?
I do mostly strength training with weights but I have been trying to do my circuit workouts which have a lot of body weight exercises. My favorite is push ups. I like to see how many I can do so I like them. I like bench dips okay too. Those are the main ones I do with just body weight. I usually do lunges and squats with weight, even if it's a light weight.
I am starting up with burpess, lunges, squats and push ups.
I like step ups (haven't done them for a few weeks) and I also enjoy gymnastics. Love that I am starting to gain my flexibility back so doing front hand springs, back walk overs, round-offs and all of them things are by far my favorite things to do.
