It started last night and I woke up with it. I feel lousy and I don't know if I will work out today. I'm hoping I can shake it before I'm ready to workout but I don't know. I pulled a muscle or something in my neck yesterday when I was working out and I kind of think that may be what's causing this headache. My neck and in between my shoulder blades are really hurting. If I'm quiet today, this is why. I was looking forward to my workout today too. I haven't had a good workout in several days and wanted to push myself a little harder today. I guess I'll just have to see how I feel.
