I think today might be my rest day after all that hard work yesterday and not eating near enough....I think my body needs some down time!

Yay for rest days!!! I'm having one as well...I was supposed to do strength training this morning but napped instead after a rough night with DS.

my whole body hurt all day and I am still a bit sore now...but better...glad I took the "day off" I still did a bit of work....like messing with the pool and stuff...but nothing overly bad did good on my food too....still under my calorie limit for the day!

also took the kids to the beach and relaxed in the sun....the HOT sun sweating like crazy lol...bye bye to some more water weight for that one haha

I didn't do much yesterday either. I want to take another rest day today but I'm going to try to do some type of workout today.
