If I am alone I watch a movie since I tend to stay on there longer if I am watching something.

When DH is there (which he usually is) and or if I am walking, jogging or running I listen to a mixture of things. Mostly alternative/rock music where I can keep a good pace. My favorite song for this is Can't Hold Us Down by Macklemore. The beats to the song help me run faster and get more endurance.

I usually do workout videos so that is on. It helps when I can try and keep up with the people in the video.

I will listen to music when I go for runs/walks and whenever I have went to strength train at the gym but other than that when I am doing exercise dvds I just listen to the music on those!

I don't listen to much music when I work out, but now that I'm running again I want to start loading up my iPod again, but I have no idea what to put on it!

I downloaded a Canadian app on my phone...It has like 70+ radio stations that it streams for free on my phone. Chantelle, its Chorus Radio if you want to try it.

I work out to pop music. Pink is a personal favorite... I also plan to make her my birth play list. LOL

I listen to music on my phone a lot. I'm going through a rap phase and that's what I listen to when I workout a lot.
