I try not to get too many calories from drinks. I don't drink a lot of soda. If I do it's diet. My only big issue with drinks is my addiction to Monster energy drinks, but I drink the one with no calories and I don't drink it every day. I drink mostly water. I hardly ever drink milk. So, really the only calories I drink on a regular basis are in my coffee and I imagine that's about 40-80 calories a day from the coffee creamer. I looked at the label on that the other day and thought about cutting that out of my diet because it's a lot of calories/fat for such a small amount, but I really like my coffee better with real creamer and I don't think I'm drinking enough of it to really make a difference. I don't like to drink my calories so I usually find something with zero calories if I want something other than water to drink.

Around 400, in Slimfast at night. I do take them into account for my over all food total though. Since with out those calories, I might need 1000 to keep from having excruciating stomach pain that makes me dry heave (stupid reflux).... and that's WITH meds. oi

Giving up other calorie drinks during the day (soda, juice, milk) is possibly what helped me lose the 17lbs. That and having much less of an appetite.

Not much. I do drink a cup of chocolate milk after my morning workout which I think is around 150 calories then I drink 2 cups of coffee with creamer and i think my cream is around 35 calories per cup so I get around 220 calories in drinks each day.

Only 60 calories, when I have a glass of green or black tea I add no more than a tablespoon of honey. Other than that I drink my coffee black and drink tons of water!

I drink mostly water, and coffee with one sugar and one cream, I'm slowly cutting that back though (used to be 2 sugar and 2 cream).

I don't drink anything that has calories. As of the moment 2 weeks of water only.

I do like the Sparkling ICE waters that are 0 calories but I drink them maybe once a month if that.

Mostly water. My coffee has a bit of milk and 2 sugars....about 40 calories. And then a few times a week I get starbucks so about 140. This week, I've started adding chocolate milk or calcium added OJ in the morning to up my calcium. So another 110ish from that.

ummm about 60 LOL....with my hot tea I have 2 tsp of sugar with a cup and I usually have 2 cups in the morning...sometimes I have a cup at night making it 90 LOL and if I am not drinking water I am drinking zero calorie tea (usually plain iced tea no sugar or one of the diet teas) or coke zero now and again...

I drink Orange Juice for breakfast (about 90 calories) and then about 12 oz of milk (skim) a lot of days with dinner. Otherwise all my drinking is water. Well, today I splurged at lunch actually and had a lemonade.

I will have 1 sprite a day (140 calories) and an occasional (not every day) Pure Leaf Sweet tea (180 calories). Other than that, I just drink water.
