How careful are you with your form when you do exercises? Do you struggle with keeping your form correct on certain exercises? Do you feel like you are doing your exercises correctly?

I think I am not doing some of my exercises in proper form. I pulled something in my neck the other day and after doing some google searches I am pretty sure it's because my form was bad. I am going to start making a more conscientious effort to do all my exercises correctly. I may have to read more on some of them but I want to make sure I am doing everything right so I don't have any more pain from doing things wrong and I think it will probably make the exercise more effective. I think my form on my push ups is off. I do it mostly correctly but I think I let my head and neck hang down too much and I think that's what made my neck hurt. I also have had it hurt after doing bench presses or butterflies, I'm not sure which so I am going to look those up and make sure that I am doing them in the best form.

I think I've got pretty good form but I think it is just from years and years of working out. I have been doing alot of kettle bells lately and I have had to learn good form with them because bad form can really hurt your back. Although I do have my days where I am tired and I really have to concentrate to keep my good form.

I always do super slow moves to focus on my form because I easily will try to make through every rep as quickly as possibly (such as when I am following Insanity) and will compromise my form without realizing it. But I notice when I keep my form and do it correctly, it feels a lot more natural and challenging!

I try to be careful with my for. At the gym during fitness classes they constantly remind you of how you should be doing it, so I try to make sure it is right. I really have to watch when I do push ups or planks in not keeping my body straight.

I think I have really good form, and I concentrate on it. I think it comes from years of dancing and having to "hold form" for long periods of time.

I usually have my DH there so if I lose form he gets me back into good form.

My running form could improve, but my strength training I think I'm doing right, I don't have super pain from it or anything and I have pictures I go off of.

proper form comes easily to me for most things, but not lunges. I struggle with those and really have to concentrate to do them properly and keep balance.
