get my workout in yesterday that means I need to kick it into high gear today to make my 4000 calorie burn for the week...do not think I'll make my pushup goal though....as I haven't been doing that either ohh well as long as I get to my 4000 calorie goal I will be happy LOL
instead of working out we went to the movie with the kids, to see Monsters University it was fun and I was good and go NO movie theater snacks LOL
(well I can always resist popcorn...not a fan...) but it was HARD to resist the nachos or the soft pretzels....but I did it LMAO!!! I am SO close to my goals though....I think I can get them done tomorrow!!! My only concern right now is the pushups....I can do 30...I dunno about 40....I already did my 10 standard I wanted to do so that is out of the way at least! Will probably try it before I do anything else so I am not already tired and sore!
I hope you can get all your goal done this week. I know I'm not going to make mine. I keep having one good week and then one bad week. I'd like to get a little more consistent. Hope you liked the movie!
