i did 90mins of elliptical, squats, arms, abs...I did 30 (girly) pushups in a row today and 10 standard in a row! woot!! total burn so far 836 calories might do another 30mins on the elliptical later though
just did another 60mins on the elliptical and another 100 squats (300 today) making it a total of 1400 calories burned today....ooops.....putting my net calorie intake goal at -22 hahaha....anyways puts me at 3969/4000 for the week though....so gonna make that 4000 goal...now if only I can make my pushup goal!
