How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I did not. I had a pretty bad week actually, I only accomplished 1 of my 3 goals.

New goals:
- Finish week 9 of C25K (finishing the program!!!)
- Do Jillian's Ripped in 30 at least 5 times
- No potato chips!

I did terrible with my goals again. I am going to set some easy goals for this week because I just want to get back on track.

Strength train at least 4 times this week.
2 days on the elliptical trainer (at least 20 minutes)

I completed my goals

This is gonna be a tough week for goals I think LOL with the 4th coming up, a wedding AND my birthday....but I am gonna try to do something!!!

I want to do 45 pushups (girly) done
15 standard pushups this week done
I want to go for one jog/walk this week done
I want to burn 4500 calories this week (4,511/4500)
I want to do 400 squats this week (400/400)
I want to do 700 crunches this week (700/700)

(gonna come back and check off and update this as I go along this week too)

Completed last week's goals!

This week:

At least 3 workouts, one on the elliptical, and one workout that I didn't do last week.

At least 64 oz water each day.

Log food in MFP each day.

Make a plan for healthy lunches/snacks for when I'm back to work next week.

This weekend was super busy I didn't get my goals completed. I did replace them with other activities but failed on elliptical and strangth training.

New Goals:

100 squats (with or without weights)
50 push ups
50 burpees
Jog 1 mile
Elliptical 3 times (20 minutes or more)
Lifting weights 3 times (legs or arms)

Have 14lbs to lose this month as my first mini goal. now to see if I can actually do it. July came faster then I expected. Not even sure if that is healthy, would be happy with at least 10lbs lost.

I competed mine for last week! Finally out of level 1!

This week:

20 miles of walking or running (last week I aimed for 10, did 29 in 4 days)
Keep net calories below 1500
Strength workout 3 days.

Well I don't even want to talk about last week. That first trimester fatigue and morning sickness hit me hard and I was worthless but this is a new week and I'm going to try to get in a few workouts. I can't wait until the second trimester when I get some energy back.

goals for this week:
1. work out 3 days: one day of cardio; one day of weights and one day of circuit.
2. Try to eat healthy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and keep it down..lol.

I almost made it, but I didn't for last week.

My goals for this week.
1) Be under my calorie goal at least once.
2) Reach the 150's on the scale (somewhere in them).
3) Go to the YMCA to work out at least twice.

My goals for this week:
1) five workout days
2) follow IF plan
3) complete my Me-Book (journal) daily

This week:
*5 workouts.
*Walk/run 12 km.
*At least 60 oz of water/day.

done with everything except getting to 4500 calories I need only 734 more LOL ugh....I think I set that too high for this week with 4th of July and a wedding and being gone sat/sun I am gonna try though!

I'm back. I didn't post any goals, so I'll stay put at level 2. I wouldn't have accomplished any goals anyway. I've reverted back to drinking cokes. YUK!

My goals for this week: STOP drinking Cokes, 3 workouts, and eat more veggies.
