I did a standing ab/core routine followed by a routine that was cardio and strength training intervals. Then cool down and stretch, 52 minutes total.

20 minutes on elliptical
20 burpees
20 deadlifts with 65lbs
30 squats with 65lbs
30 legs curls 45lbs
30 leg extensions 30lbs

Did Insanity Power Cardio and Resistance. Had to take some breaks like usual but I am getting stronger!
