what did you do for exercise today??



Today I took it easy as I am so sore from yesterday still...and just exhausted LOL but I wanted to finish up my weekly goals today so I did 45mins on the elliptical and surpassed my 4500 calorie burn for the week Now I am gonna take a few rest days!!!

26 min elliptical
Calf raises: 40 regular, then 20 one-legged raises on each side
Wall sits: one regular for 60 seconds, one wide-legged for 60 seconds

I did 2.5 miles at 8 minutes jogging, 2 minutes walking. It was too hot and I was out before my cup of coffee, so I didn't go very far today.

This morning I did Insanity Pure Cardio and it really kicked my butt! I am very proud for keeping it up though!
