What is the one area that you feel like you've improved the most in?

What area do you feel like you still need the most improvement?
How can you improve on it?

I guess I'll say my stamina while walking has improved the most. 2 years ago I couldn't walk a mile straight, even very slowly, without wanting to die. Now I can walk 10 18-20 minute miles in a row.

I need to improve my core and arm strength the most. I need to start pushing myself harder to work out my core and arms.

I've improved the most on eating less. I haven't improved a lot on eating like veggies.

I don't know how I'd make myself do better there, I'm not the grocery shopper or the cook, so I'm kind of just allowing the slacking there.

improved the most-my arms and my endurance....I used to not be able to do a single standard push up I am now up to 15!! and I used to get winded just walking a mile let alone trying to run one....and I actually ran one!!!


needs improvement...my stomach area...ugh but after 3 kids and lots of loose skin not sure how much more that will improve LOL.....I am trying though!

My strength has improved the most! I could still improve a lot in my arm strength!

My strength and stamina are quickly improving!
I definitely need to improve on my upper body and core strength, they need the most work!

Sticking with it. Normally I would have quit working out by now. I have failures but I keep plugging along.
What area do you feel like you still need the most improvement? Consistency
How can you improve on it? I think I need more support, accountability, and rewards for myself.

After slacking off so bad the last 3 weeks...

What is the one area that you feel like you've improved the most in? Probably my diet/eating habits.

What area do you feel like you still need the most improvement? Strength or Indurance.
How can you improve on it? Probably by actually doing more exercises that focus on those 2 things.
