improved the most-my arms and my endurance....I used to not be able to do a single standard push up I am now up to 15!! and I used to get winded just walking a mile let alone trying to run one....and I actually ran one!!!
needs improvement...my stomach area...ugh but after 3 kids and lots of loose skin not sure how much more that will improve LOL.....I am trying though!
What is the one area that you feel like you've improved the most in? Sticking with it. Normally I would have quit working out by now. I have failures but I keep plugging along. What area do you feel like you still need the most improvement? Consistency How can you improve on it? I think I need more support, accountability, and rewards for myself.
