Hey everyone!

So the last couple weeks have been super crazy around here, and I've definitely fell off the band wagon....bad! (Like, I haven't worked out for 3-4 weeks or logged anything on MFP kind of bad...) I need to get back on track ASAP! Hoping that getting back on this board on a regular basis and having the extra accountability will help me get back on track. I'm completely lacking motivation to work out today (A combination of not working out for so long and being sore from lifting the 20 flats of meat from the beef we had butchered on Saturday. [Each flat weighed between 75-100 pounds and I had to take them down stairs.])

Great to see everyone again and hope everyone is doing well!

Welcome back, Kelsey. I have been doing horrible the last 2 weeks as well. (as I sit here I'm eating a pecan swirl :eyeroll: but it was brought to me with love by the 6 year old..)
And I think lifting that much meat counts as exercise!

Oh you are making me feel better because I am feeling just like you and need to get back on track! I have done nothing in at least a week and am actually scared to workout because I think I will get sore. Let' just make little bitty goal this week and see how it goes.

Welcome back and yea for lifting all that meat.

I'm with everyone else. I've been horrible this past week and half. I also am kinda thinking I'll get sore and not want to workout really hard. So bad!! But, hopefully I will start doing better this week!

Think I'm going to do my Zumba Activate DVD today. It doesn't really feel like that much of a workout, but it burns a lot of calories and I can definitely feel it work my abs (probably the only part of my body that isn't still sore).
