How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I completed mine this week and last week so I should be level 3 now.

This week:
Walk/run 20 miles.
Strength 3 days
Cut down coffee to one per day.

I'm still on level 2 (even though I feel like I should demote myself back to level 1 after slacking off for so many weeks. )

Goals for this week:
Work out at least 4 times this week.
Log everything on MFP.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

Completed last week's goals!

This week...I'm going to go a bit easy on myself, since it's my first week back at work:

--Work out three times (any workout)
--Drink at least 64 oz water each day
--Log food in MFP

Well I did great last week and met my goals. Somehow I found the energy to workout and eat good. Although Saturday the pregnancy nausea hit me really hard and yesterday I spent half the day in bed so I don't know how great this week is going to be but I'm going to give it my best shot. Also the only things I can eat are chinese food and crackers..lol. so don't know how my eating will be. I forgot how hard the first trimester was.

goals for this week:
1. work out 3 days: one day of cardio; one day of weights and one day of circuit.
2. Try to eat healthy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and keep it down..lol.

I really want to get past level three this week!

Strength train or circuit train 6 times
Use the elliptical trainer for at least 20 minutes 2 times.

I didn't make my goals yet again

This week's goals:
*Run/walk at least 10km (lowering it a bit this week!)
*Work out at least 4 times (it's looking like a busy weekend, so I'm planning for 4 instead of 5)
*Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.

I completed my goals last week....

this week I want to exercise thursday friday saturday and sunday since my sister and nephew are here til wednesday.....and I want to burn at least 600 calories each of those days for a total of 2400 2402/2400
I want to do 400 crunches 400/400
I want to do 400 squats 400/400
I want to do 400 russian twists 400/400

Was so close to completing mine but fell one day workout short.

This week elliptical 3 times
Walk or jog one mile.
Weights 3 times

Have a cold so want to keep it small cause if it gets worse I won't workout

Dig out the weighted jump rope and do some reps 2X's

Didn't make mine either

I had dental surgery this morning so I'm going to have smaller goals this week:
- be under my calories 5 times this week on MFP
- go for 2 5k runs
- complete RI30 twice

I did make my weekly goal last week.

I didn't get in here to make my weekly goal this week, but it was totally to be under my calorie goal more than once and get to the gym at least 4 times. (And I suppose I still have a day, so I got in in "time."
