How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

Well I did great last week and met my goals. Somehow I found the energy to workout and eat good. Although Saturday the pregnancy nausea hit me really hard and yesterday I spent half the day in bed so I don't know how great this week is going to be but I'm going to give it my best shot. Also the only things I can eat are chinese food and crackers..lol. so don't know how my eating will be. I forgot how hard the first trimester was.
goals for this week:
1. work out 3 days: one day of cardio; one day of weights and one day of circuit.
2. Try to eat healthy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and keep it down..lol.

This week's goals:
*Run/walk at least 10km (lowering it a bit this week!)
*Work out at least 4 times (it's looking like a busy weekend, so I'm planning for 4 instead of 5)
*Drink at least 60 oz of water/day.
this week I want to exercise thursday friday saturday and sunday since my sister and nephew are here til wednesday.....and I want to burn at least 600 calories each of those days for a total of 2400 2402/2400
I want to do 400 crunches 400/400
I want to do 400 squats 400/400
I want to do 400 russian twists 400/400
I didn't get in here to make my weekly goal this week, but it was totally to be under my calorie goal more than once and get to the gym at least 4 times. (And I suppose I still have a day, so I got in in "time."
