So far 22 minutes on the elliptical trainer
I also did a circuit workout (legs) I could only get through 3 sets instead of 4 but I feel like it was a good workout. I'm going to try to get my main strength training workout in too but I just don't know if I can. It's hot and I'm really tired already.

We went swimming. Besides just the normal swimming I did 153 squats in the water plus 50 leg exercises.
