Here's a challenge for everyone today. Pick something, whatever you're planning to do today anyway, and do two more of it (either two more minutes or two more reps, two more sets, or whatever you decide).

I am going to try to do the elliptical and do 2 extra minutes. I'll let you know how I do.

I did it! I haven't done the elliptical in a while so I am nice and sweaty and feel really good!

I had my dental surgery this morning so its a rest day for me...I will try and incorporate this later this week!

Today is my rest day, but I think I will just throw in center planks. Since I wasn't planning them I will do 2 sets of 30 second planks.

I still need to do my Motivate Me Monday challenge So I will add 2 more sets of 5 (10 total) regular crunches and revers crunches.
