It is so hot and we only have a window unit AC in our bedroom. I did my circuit workout yesterday in the bedroom and I was still dying. It was hard to get through the workout. Actually, I didn't. I could only do three circuits and not four. Then today's workout was in the basement which is a little cooler but still hot, and I was dripping in sweat and fatigued at the end. I like the weather for swimming and going to the lake but it's making it harder to workout because I feel fatigued so easily. I'll be ready for it to cool off again.

The weather has been weird, it got really hot (for here anyways) then cooled back down some. In the mornings it's be cloudy and cool so I try to get my walks in then since I hate the sun. When it's really warm my apartment gets really stuffy and hot with no ac and stays that way until late and I don't feel like doing anything. Since it's cooled some I have no excuse lately besides laziness.

Yup. I can only go for a run later on in the evening like 8pm and sometimes by then I'm too tired. DH has been starting work at 5am or gone overnight so its made it difficult. And there's no end in sight!
It's been really hot and muggy (usually the air is pretty dry) here lately. We are expecting temps of 104 degrees on Friday. It doesn't interfere with my workouts though. I exercise in the basement which is cooler than the main floor. And DH has the a/c set for 73. So it is pretty comfortable in the house.

I have been working out in the garage and it is SO hot and humid. I guess I figure the more I sweat the better and just push it. I still complete my workout but if its cold is when I have a harder time working out.
