I haven't done anything since Tuesday, and I want to get back into it by tonight. I'm not really showing any significant weightloss, maybe a pound or so, but that is normally fluctuation throughout the day.

I normally do a 20-30 minute workout in the morning and my abs routine at night. If I am unable to do the short workout today, I will just do my routinex2.

50 crunches
40 mountain climbers
30 side crunches
20 in and outs
10 scissors
20 in and outs
30 side crunches
40 mountain climbers
50 crunches

Today I did Jillian Michael's Yoga Meltdown. Or, as much as I could anyway, which was about 25 minutes. For the time I missed, I made up with 50 crunches and various other yoga poses.

I've lost 14 pounds since cracking down on my weight loss and can't wait to finally get under 180.
