What do you think of the mistakes she listed? Any mistake you have made that are keeping you from your goals?

I loved this. I think I am doing mot of what she says now. I am only doing 20 minutes of cardio (because I am trying to build muscle). The tip I liked best was to not change you routine too much. You always hear to switch things up but I think she is right on about switching too much. I don't want to switch my routine again until I have made some good progress with it. Hopefully not for another couple months. My only big mistake is not being consistent but I am working on that.

I think she is correct.....I do not think I am doing any of those mistakes though...but I do think a lot of people do....

I eat to much, so the whole not eating smaller portions and the right foods is my downfall.

I am 47lbs over my goal weight so I am not worried about the gaining muscle or losing weight. I do a lot of cardio but I do weights to help my muscles so when I do get down to my goal weight I can see some definition and start up on the more heavy lifting.

#2- This one is confusing. To paraphrase: "eat the same or slightly more, but control portions"... I'm not sure what that even means. Taking in more calories will not result in weight loss, you have to have a caloric deficit to accomplish this.

I think that she means you don't have too eat smaller amounts, as long as you're eating better food. Not to make yourself go hungry, basically.
