I don't binge eat that often but I do it sometimes and right now my biggest trigger is trail mix. I can't just eat a little. I will eat a thousand calories worth of trail mix sometimes in one setting. I like to eat it for a snack because it's a decent source of protein and fairly healthy but I have a hard time eating it in the right portions. I may start buying single serving bags that way I can't get into too much trouble.

gummies LOL I can sit and eat a whole bag in one sitting LOL which I did the other night LMAO at least it was only 390 calories a normal snack calorie size for me anyways...but not a good and filling one

oh, I wish there was only one or two for me. It seems I will over-eat on just about anything. Even lettuce, I've eaten entire bags of salad mix, LOL!

Chips are a weakness for me. I like to buy single-serving bags of things like that that I'm prone to overdo it with.

Chips for sure. And cashews...1/3 cup is 300 calories! Who can really only eat 1/3 cup of cashews!

ooo trail mix and dried fruits can be BAD for me to have at home. I like it too but have settled for raw almonds because I will only eat a handful.
Cereal is a big one and no ice cream in larger containers! Oh and bread with butter (low fat bread with vegan butter of all things!!)

Fried chicken or brownies. Both of those are my biggest triggers, everything else I can have just one serving of and be fine!
