I was able to do a double-ab routine last night as planned. I do an hour of a strength training and cardio combo this morning. Hopefully I can stay on track now. Tonight will be my ab routine as usual. The mornings are the biggest challenge for me so far.

I walked around the Walmart supercenter here for nearly an hour because it was to hot for me to walk out doors.

4.5 mile walk, plus grocery shopping this morning.
Gonna do some push ups and sit ups in a few minutes.

yesterday I did 83mins...burning 700+ calories....
elliptical
200 crunches
200 squats
100 russian twists
and I did some arm workouts as well
