So, I have not worked out once this week. I thought that might be the case, since it was my first week back at work. Also, my in-laws surprised us and ended up staying at our house 2 nights, I have a slight cold, Anna has had a viral eye infection, and now I have a clogged milk duct. Blah. And between alk that and washing bottles, pumping, packing lunches/bags...i just havent had time or energy. Plus, dh is on first shift, which means less time in the evenings to myself for working out. My eating/loggingin MFP has been fine, water intake has been so so, and working out has been non-existent.
I've got to find a way to add in some workouts to my weekly routine. Here's hoping I can get back in the groove soon!
Thanks ladies! You're right...I need to come up with some mini-workouts to do whenever I can find a few minutes. I'm also hoping that this week will be a little better, since the in-laws won't be here, and hopefully we'll all be feeling better than we were last week. Here's hoping!
