I did Ripped in 30 this morning...possibly lifting this evening...we'll see how much energy I have after swimming!

100 pushups, 100 crunches, 100 squats, 100 russian twists, 100 arm exercises-60mins elliptical

5 min abs
3 sets each of: 10 girly push ups, 10 arabesque leg lifts each leg, 50 jumping jacks

Also, I did quite a bit more walking at work than normal...about an hour and 45 min giving tours.

bahahah! Ok here's my brag... I tried barefoot running again. It was terrible and I feel stupid.
Not about BF running but for where I tried doing it I need my head examined.
Oh well I learned that a high pain tolerance wears down after a couple miles
