Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I completed my goals last week

my new goals are as follows

Monday 15- 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 100 squats, 100 russian twists, 100 arm exercises-60mins elliptical 1 gallon water done
Tuesday 16-I changed this to a rest day....too much work with a 3month old in the house LOL I was up too earlyand too exhausted
Wednesday 17-C25K week 1 day 2 1 gallon water
Thursday 18-100 pushups, 100 crunches, 100 squats, 100 russian twists, 100 arm exercises-60mins ellliptical 1 gallon water
Friday 19- C25K week 1 day 3 1 gallon water
Saturday 20- rest day 1 gallon water
Sunday 21- 100 pushups, 100 crunches, 100 squats, 100 russian twists, 100 arm exercises-30mins ellliptical 1 gallon water

I accomplished my goals last week. I don't know how I want to do my goals this week. We were supposed to start running today but dh kind of messed up my plans (as usual).

So I guess this will be my goals this week.
circuit train or strength train at least 4 times this week.
run or use the elliptical 3 times (20 minutes)
Drink a gallon of water a day

Failed miserably again. Was always on the go last week and ended up doing alternate exercises that weren't part of my goal.

This week:
Elliptical 2 times 20 minutes
Run/jog 1 mile
Weight training 2 times.
ETA: Track MFP all week.

Will be gone over the weekend with some friends so won't have my weekend workouts.

Did not get it all done last week.

This week's goals:

--Two workouts of any kind
--Log food in MFP each day
--Drink 64oz water each day
--Plan out some mini-workouts that I can used when I'm really short on time

Well I bombed last week. I didn't workout once. But I was just way too sick. I ate relatively good but could have done better. I am going to try to get in atleast a few workouts although today didn't start out great. woke up sick.

goals for this week:
1. work out 3 days: one day of cardio; one day of weights and one day of circuit.
2. Try to eat healthy and eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

This week:
*Run at least 10 km.
*Strength train at least 4 times.
*Drink at least 75 oz of water/day.

These are my first goals since coming back!

Everyday - ab routine (100 crunches, 80 mt climbers, 60 side crunches, 40 in and outs, 10 scissors) at night
Each morning - 30 to 60 minute aerobic workout, except Sunday - yoga

I did make my goals last week.

Goals for this week:
1) Be under my calorie goal twice.
2) Run at least 3 miles.
3) Go to the gym at least twice.

I'm just chilling at Level 1 this week again haha! Last week was super busy, so back on track with exercise this week!

*Insanity at least four days this week
*Stay OP and within caloric range every day
*Stay on top of drinking 64oz or more of water
