for non-running days I've been using workouts from the Fitness Blender website. They have a lot of videos that combine HIIT cardio, they say it follows tabata protocol. There are a lot of toning moves thrown in with the cardio, makes it quite challenging. Next day that I'm doing an indoor workout and it isn't hot as hades, I'm going to try a kettlebell workout. Never done one of those.

I haven't started yet, but I'm planning on trying to throw in some mini-workouts when I can. I'm struggling to find even 20 mintues to exercise right now.

Started Monday the Les Mills diet and am actually doing pretty well. It's a HARD diet, especially the first 3 days! But, I'm finally not feeling as weak when working out and I also already lost 3 pounds in 5 days!!! I only lost 3-4 pounds total prior trying this in 3 months so this is amazing for me!

The first few days without carbs are the hardest, but it does get way easier.

I have barely worked out lately. Haven't felt well. I do plan to add running into my routine soon but it will probably be next week.
