I am not sure how I am gonna do my c25k this week...can't do it today....we are having plumbing issues....and its supposed to rain later....tomorrow I am babysitting but I guess I can do it tomorrow night after that and the errands I have to run.......maybe tuesday-thursday-saturday this week......I would do it tonight if dh gets home soon enough from taking his dad to the airport though....we'll have to see...
I use techniques to make it easier to train even when I get too busy. I will prepare my workout clothes and shoes and leave them in a easy access spot. I used to have an extra set at work (since I have access to showers there) that way I could even do it right before/after work or during lunch - i need to do this again!
I will also write down all the possibilities of when I might be able to get my work out in like : in the morning if not, immediately when I get home from work, if not, after X etc. That way I feel like I still have a time to catch up and when that time slot comes up and I am free, I don't hesitate and go do my workout.
If all else fails, I catch up during the next week!
