My week has been cruddy. I have felt lousy all week and I didn't even set goal this week. I am going to try to rest up this weekend, make some plans, and get back on track next week. I would like to start being more consistent with my workouts but all I can do is plug along and try to get back on track.

My week has been alright. I've actually managed to get in some quick workouts here and there. I'm feeling more like we're falling into a new routine, with me back at work. And at least this week no one is sick, so that's good.

We are dealing with sleep issues here....he was up NINE, yes NINE, times last night. Makes things very difficult for me during the day. I go back to work in a little over a month and am scared how this is going to work. It will be a struggle to meet my goals this week. If last night had been better, it would have been doable.

Unfortunately not. I didn't even make any goals this week because of how bad I've been feeling. But I'm going to make some next week and hopefully meet those.

Good eating wise, not good at all on the exercise portion. My husband and I are gearing up for our honeymoon and we have our close friends coming in early next week to stay for a while, so we have been going NON stop. So I plan on getting back into gear exercise wise as soon as we come back from our trip near the middle of August! I'm packing workout gear just in case one of the hotels we are staying at has a gym though!

This week has been messed up for me, too. I was really sick on Sunday and had to spend the day in bed. Then they sent DH home for a few days in the middle of the week. Then the older kids left Thursday night for a weekend at a youth conference out of state. So every day this week I've thought it was Friday or Saturday until today, which for some reason feels like Monday.

But exercise is going great! My diet was sloppy this week, so I didn't lose but didn't gain. Good enough.

Its been another busy week...so I really didn't set many goals....and so far I am gonna make it as long as I can get my water intake in today I am good to go
