What are some of your goals?

I don't have any goals right now and I think that is part of my problem. This weekend I want to set some new goals for myself, maybe goals for the rest of 2013. I just need something to work towards. The weekly goals help me but I need some longer goals to help me get where I want to be.

I don't really set weekly goals, but I do have a goal in mind to be at my goal weight by the end of November. I also have a running goal, and that is to run my first 5k in August. Other then that my goal is to keep moving forward, one day at a time.

My ultimate goal is to be back where I was a year ago, which is at my goal weight and maintaining. I don't really have a time frame for it. And really, other than that and my weekly goals (which really help me, BTW), I don't have any.

My mid-term goals were to lose the baby and quitting smoking weight before becoming pregnant again, and ideally another 10ish lbs on top of that.

I've plateaued for another 6ish weeks, and suddenly dropped 4lbs this week, putting me 1lb away from the first part of my goal. I'll only reach the next part if we have trouble conceiving, so its not high on my priority list anymore.

I have a couple. I have my current goal weight I'm working towards (which probably won't hit by the original goal date). I have a monthly weight goal. I'm supposed to do a 5k in November and I want to be able to run it all.

My biggest goal right now is to reach the athletic range in body fat percentage, I also have a goal to run a 5K, although that probably won't happen until Spring.

my long-term goal is to run a marathon, but I don't have a time frame for that yet. I also have a goal of being able to do 25 REAL push-ups. I have no idea how long that will take me, as right now I struggle with "girlie" pushups, my upper body strength is zilch.
