Does anyone here have a fitbit? I got mine a few months ago, and I seriously LOVE it. Before that, I had a plain pedometer... this is so much better. It's really kind of eye opening to see how many steps you take a day. Makes me move more, too, because I like to see my number go higher. If you don't have a fitbit, do you use anything else to track steps?

I just got back from a NYC trip and wanted to share this...

Look at the insane amount of steps that day! We had no car there, and never took a taxi/subway. We literally walked all day. From Central Park, to Times Square, back to the park- had to walk to each meal, etc. Loved seeing my steps there every day, and the amount of calories I burned

That looks really cool. I don't think I do enough cardio yet but this would be great to have. Is this an app for your phone or something you buy separately?

Ooh I would love to have a fit bit. I am thinking that once this baby gets here i'm going to get me one to help get back into shape. Glad you are loving yours.

Don't worry about your cardio! 'They' recommend you take 10,000 steps a day, so it's kinda fun to try and reach and exceed that. I don't do a ton of cardio, either, but I typically reach my steps. And having the fitbit encourages me to get there.

The above is an app, but you have to actually buy the fitbit. I got it when on sale, it was $50. I think the one I have is usually $60 or so? I can't remember. It's worth it! I got it from Amazon- it's the Fitbit zip. Then you can download the app (I have an iPhone, it was free) to go along with it. And it looks like the screen shot I took above.

WOW never even heard about it but the amazon reviews are amazing!
I hate pedometers because the ones I have used weren't accurate!
I might get one of these when I get pg and plan on walking more!

I love new toys Thanks for sharing!!

I liked my past pedometer ok, because I researched the heck out of it and got an accurate one. But all my others sucked so bad, too. The fitbit reviews on Amazon are partly what pushed me into it- and I can tell you, it's VERY accurate! There are different versions- I have the cheaper one (the zip) because I didn't feel I needed the added things on the other one (fitbit One). But I totally recommend it!
