How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I am making such slow progress through the levels. This week I really just want to get back on track. I've totally fallen off the exercise wagon.
Goal 1: Workout at least 4 days (any type of workout, strength training, cardio, circuit training) Anything! I just wanna get back on track.
Goal 2: ultimately I'd like to be drinking one gallon of water a day but since I failed at this so badly when I tried it last I am going to start with a half gallon and work my way up.
I did not get all my water drank last week...so I cannot say I finished my goals even though I finished my C25K week
ohh well need to really work on the water intake....but by the end of the week I just get SO tired of drinking water...sigh....
this week I leave Friday!! WOOT!!!! Vegas baby!!!
so I want to get week 3 done of C25K.....I'll have to do it Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday cause I do not think the rain is gonna let up today at all...but if it does I will do day 1 today...and then do day 2 and 3 Wednesday-Thursday....other than that I want to get in crunches and pushups this week.... 300/300 crunches and 50/100 pushups for the week....
and also some squats....I'll say 200/300 of those as well
ok I have completely bombed the past few weeks but this nausea has been kicking my rear end. I finally am starting to feel a little bit better so I'm going to set some goals and see how I do this week.
1. Work out 3 times this week, any kind of workout, I just want to do something.
2. I'm going to try to drink a gallon of water a day like you ladies. I think that would help me feel a little bit better. Only down side is going to be how much I'll have to potty. I think alot of my problem is I'm not staying fully hydrated so maybe all the water will help.

Log food in MFP at least 6 days
Drink at least 64 oz water per day
Keeping it fairly easy for now, as I'm still getting back in the groove of working, but DH is back on evening shift, which I think will actually make it easier for me to work out, rather than spending time with him after the girls get in bed.

My goal this week is to GET it together. I want to be 118 by the end of the week. I'm probably setting my goal too high, because that would mean a 3 lb loss. I am going out of town this weekend, so I know my exercise will be limited. I will have to find ways to still eat healthy.
