ok ladies....it's time to start up the mini challenges again.....this week I am gonna challenge you to do one of the following


100 crunches
100 squats
100 push-ups

do one of those and come back and tell us what you did!!!

I just did 100 squats!

I also did 20 push-ups (10 before the squats and 10 after).

That's in one day right?

Idk that I can do any of that on a good day, never mind with my shoulder/back being all jacked up right now.

Today I did 100 crunches.. 25 regular, 50 oblique (25 each right and left), and 25 reverse. I also did a circuit of squats and modified push ups, 50 each. Good challenge!

That's okay April. You are doing great with loosing weight! And, I doubt I could do the 5+ miles that you usually do. Everyone has something that they can do/enjoy and works for them

I know I should work on my strength more but going and walking is easy and getting motivated for anything else is really hard. Idk why really.
Plus I have to cram whatever into the few hours after Alex goes to bed because she won't let me do much when she's up.
