Hi everyone! I haven't posted in a couple months. Since I've been gone, I reached my lowest weight in several years. Then, I proceeded to gain it back + more. I go in waves, and sometimes I let the depression/stress get the best of me. I stuff it with food and spend several days binge eating.
I am once again recommitted, and ready to make some progress!
I've been wondering where you've been. You are really thin to begin with imo so I wouldn't be so hard on yourself. Just start where you are and try not to worry about it. My weight fluctuates so much that I try not to pay too much attention to it. As long as my clothes fit, I just don't worry too much what the scales says.
I've been in a funk here lately myself so I don't think it's just you. Welcome back!
