How this works for newcomers: Each week we post a new thread where you can post your goals for the week. This is also your opportunity to move up a level on Mommy Weightloss & Fitness and earn a tag. Next week, you will let us know how you did with your goals and if you accomplished them you will move up a level. The first time you post in this thread you start at level one and each week if you accomplish your goals you move up a level.

I DID meet my goals! Yay!

This next week, I want to run 4 times this week, with a long run of at least 14 miles.
And log on MFP 5 days this week.

I didn't meet my goals last week.

My goals for this week. Work out at least 4 times.
Do the elliptical for 20 minutes at least 2x.

I did not have any goals last week as I have just been lurking here for a while. So still where I left off about a month ago at level 2.

Goals for this week are:
-Enter everything into MFP
-Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day
-Only drink 1 sprite a day
-Do my daily challenges everyday
-Workout at least 3 times

This week:
Walk/run 30 miles
3 days c25k
3 days strength

I didn't meet last week's goals

This week's goals:
*Run 15K total.
*Strength train at least four times.
*Eat breakfast daily.
*Drink at least 70 oz of water/day.

my goals this week are to finish up week 3 of c25k and then start on week 4...hopefully finish it but at least get in days 1 and 2....drink lots of water....I am gonna need some down time to recover from this vacation so I am going easy this week LOL

I've been really bad about participating in these threads. I did achieve my goals, although I didn't post them last week.. I logged all my food every day, I had five days of working out last week, and I wrote in my journal for every day.

This week my goals are basically the same... I will log all my food on MFP, I will have one cheat day this week, and I will alternate running and strength training with Saturday for recovery. And I will write in my journal every evening.

No go for me last week. I did fine during the week, but I was traveling all weekend, and I did not log food, drink enough water, exercise or eat right. Back on track today, though.

This week:

Exercise 3 times.
At least 64 oz water per day.
Log food in MFP at least 6 days.

I met mine!!!!

This week's:
- 8 glasses of water a day
- walk/run 20km
- veggies every night with dinner

We have Cam's 1st birthday party this weekend...its gonna be crazy the next few days! So taking it a bit easy.
